I was looking for an engagement ring with my partner, and received friendly, attentive, and honest help from Belen and Russel. Long story short, we ended up buying a ring, not only because we loved the option we chose, but due in large part to Belen and Russel providing us with the information we needed, without the pressure to buy that we had come to expect from a chain store jeweler. It honestly felt like we were buying jewelry from family, from my favorite aunt or something akin to that. Anyway, I can now count myself as a loyal Kay Jeweler customer, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to any of my friends."

"I got my beautiful engagement ring here, in store, and bought my mans ring online and picked up in store. We both got the full protection plan and thankfully so because we also got both our rings resized. They took photos of the serial number on my diamond to ensure it was the same when it was returned. I am absolutely in love with our rings from here and might have my eye on a few bracelets as well now lol. Also shout out to Kristel for helping us out and also everyone in store was always very nice and professional."

She answered all my questions about availability for the items I wanted, made sure I was informed about the quality of the products as well as services like payment plans and the lifetime warranty of Kay products. "The staff is friendly and helpful, but never trust the guarantee they provide, and don't make a purchase. I bought a gold necklace with a lifetime guarantee. When I obtained this guarantee, the staff assured me that in case of any breakage or damage, there is a lifelong free repair guarantee, and if it breaks more than 3 times, there is a guarantee for replacement with a new one. A few months ago, when my necklace broke for the third time, I took it back, and when I mentioned the guarantee, the staff informed me that this guarantee is only valid after the third occurrence of damage. Guess what happened? My necklace broke again from the same place today, for the fourth time. When I went to KAY and insisted that my necklace should be replaced with a new one as per their previous statements, they told me that this policy is no longer valid, and they don't know who the store manager is or who provided this guarantee. KAY is not a reliable brand. I will never shop there again. I wish I had read Google reviews before my first purchase!"
