"We took our daughter to the location inside Serramonte Center to get her ears pierced and I can not say enough good things about the associate that helped us. Bri was an absolute blessing who was beyond patient with our baby girl. Our daughter really wanted her ears pierced and talks about it all the time, but has sensory issues and doesn’t like people touching her. However, Bri was so kind and patient and made our daughter comfortable before she pierced her ears.
