"NCIDC offers a variety of services, programs, help & aid to people that qualify. I was there to turn in paperwork. I was eventually approved for the service I was applying for & I appericate the programs & help they offer. In my experience it can be difficult to reach the specific person or people by phone that you need to speak to. Often times they are not prompt when it comes to returning phone calls or getting back to people. Most the time, showing up in person produces better results than leaving messages via receptionist and/or through voice mail."
