"Ryan is amazing to do business with and goes the extra mile. I ordered a scorpion in Myanmar Amber and a piece Dominican blue Amber. The Dominican blue Amber I was able to see on his TikToc live where he used the UV light in order see the color and the authentication of the Amber. The scorpion I purchased after he posted a video right from the distributor!! It was really cool! He communicated and updated me regarding the shipping, where it was, and when I should expect it. Even though Ryan was sick and my package didn’t get sent when expected, he included some extra gifts to make up for the late arrival and communicated with me regarding the delay, which was so kind, appreciated, and extremely professional.
