"On a stormy Sunday evening, we discovered that both showers were clogged with debris floating in the standing water, as well as the toilets. Around 8:30 in the evening we found Roto Rooter Plumbers in Arcata on the internet. They offer 24 hour and emergency services. We were referred to a technician who called us that evening. We made an appointment for first thing the next morning. Alexandra Biegel, the technician arrived on time. She found that the main sewer line was clogged. After inspection, she determined that her equipment would not fit in our existing lines. She had to crawl under the house to install the correct size of pipe to run the equipment through. She did great work despite the stormy conditions. Alexandra was professional, resolved the problem and a was a pleasure to work with. The cost of the service was very reasonable."
