"Honestly this place is has gotten worse and worse!!! Horrible clueless receptionist that apparently go based on "idk what to say" I brought my daughter as a walk-in I understand the process of there's no guarantee she'll be seen, however I was in line since 7:30am the clinic opened at 8am we were the first ones in line for walk-ins There were about 8 walk-in patients behind us and my daughter was seen last."

"If I can give this place zero stars I would. They have a horrible system! I tried making an appointment and chose their call back system and I never received a call back. I called back and I have been on hold for 2 hours and 36 minutes. 5 months ago, I made an appointment and asked them to please call me after my work hours. They called me during my work hours, I called them back after work and no one knew who called me or why they called me. I explained the reason why I had a follow up appointment and since they could not figure out who called me. They said someone would call me back to schedule the follow up appointment because they could not give me the appointment (oddly in my opinion) but once again asked if they can leave a note with my work schedule. It’s been 5 months and I still have not receive a call back or a follow up appointment. Worst place ever!"

"I don't understand how the staff can be so rude and lazy! All they do is go to work to have a social life within work. They treat the clients poorly and they make you wait on purpose. Poor seniors that have been coming to this clinic for years. They never answer the phone to make appointments and unfortunately that's the only way unless you go physically. This clinic needs new staff that will actually go to work and perform their duties with care!"

"Most of them at the front desk on the 2nd floor are duuuuumb slow af smh and you wait for ever just to see the dr. For 10 minutes and then you wait mooore time just to get discharged. Wait to get registered, wait to get called on, wait to see dr and more wait for discharge. This place is trash!"

"I do like our pediatrician and the other doctors we have spoken to. However, the phone system is so horrible it’s not worth it. I’ve spent 2 months trying to have completed info for a referral sent to CHLA, but since it’s so impossible to communicate it is not getting done. The only phone option is for an appointment, there’s no urgent messaging or ways to contact a nurse. No online messaging. My son had a head injury and I had to contact them repeatedly for 7 hours to speak with a nurse. The last time I spoke to the pediatrician they said they got approval to redo the phones, and that the doctors themselves are not even able to get through to the office. That is insane and frankly dangerous. Who knows how long it will take to redo the phone system. I’m not holding my breath."
