"Good evening, I am reaching out this evening because John Alvarez, our assigned groomer left a mess in our yard after grooming my puppies. The fur had to of been emptied in my yard and carried down the street in my neighbors yards. My husband had to blow our yard and go house to house to pick up all the dog hair tonight and continue in the morning with light. These services are very expensive to be disappointed that we have a mess to clean up. 2. I left detail when booking the application what each puppy needed. John had no idea what I signed up for nor even read the comments. Rather, I received a text message during my work day asking what I want and when I could not answer left a rude text in bold red with explanation marks and question symbols. This is the first time I've used your services and very disappointed with the service, mess that I have to clean up in the neighborhood and the rudeness in communication or lack of. We most certainly will not have John back and strongly concerned if this is the service you provide. If so, this is not what we paid or signed up for. I look forward to hearing from a manager to help resolve this expensive experience that we are cleaning up after. thank you."
