"Go elsewhere!! The owner of the business does not value her customers time. She stood me up not once but twice and I scheduled three weeks ahead! The second time she didn’t check her messages about the day. Even in emergencies, if you are able to pick up the phone to have conversations, surely you have time to text your clients that you unfortunately need to cancel. No such consideration was given. I’m very patient and forgiving so I gave them another chance to make it up, but being stood up twice is an indication that this person couldn’t care less about their clients. Save yourself time and stress and go somewhere your time is valued as a client! I also offer services to clients but would never just leave my clients hanging and make statements like “ oh the holidays are throwing me off” especially when the client is respectful and makes an appointment far ahead in advance. Not worth the money!"

"Left my baby there for the first time and they not only did exactly what I asked, the grooming is the best my dog ever had. Our dog is a poodle terrier mix and she looks soft and smells absolutely amazing. Normally her eyes and nose are not well washed, and they did a great job on those body parts. Absolutely great service!"
