"Just called to inquire, person was rude and the only thing I asked was "is this the animal express mobile groomer".No name was announced when she answered the phone, just "hello" then I asked my question the woman said "I AM NOT TAKING ANY NEW CLIENTS". I calmly said "You are very rude though" and hung up. I work with dogs and would not want an attitude like that caring for any of the hundreds of dogs I help rescue each year."
