From reading the comments here, I tend to believe the negative reviews as truth. I wouldn't want to shop at this store with an attitude displayed by employees like that."
"CORPORATE bureaucracy at it's WORST! Twice now I have had my same day delivery not delivered and I had to go down there at feed time and get it. May sound petty but this a ranch and when you say feed is coming, animals depend on it! So my same day delivery reward was used up twice and not replaced. I am now 30 min into my second call to try to get it returned by corporate because the store cannot fix it. Tractor supply came into our (once) rural area and in doing so put our feed store of 30 years out of business and this is no replacement service wise. AND they don't carry hay so we are forced to drive 20 miles for that. Sad"
