"Absolutely unacceptable this is the second time I tried to use this company first time they were about 3-4 hours late, today same thing. I was schedule for Saturday they call saying they have an earlier appointment for today. 12 came around nothing. 12:30 nothing I called they said they could reach the tech all of a sudden some lady calls me at 1 saying she is on her way it will be an hour it’s now 2:30 and nothing. I called and the lady says now 3:30. Save your time and find someone else. This company doesn’t not have it together."

"First time customer and I would come back again and again and again. Dog groomer Lori was awesome my dog looks like a whole different dog like who's the new kid on the Block you know she saved him down she did his ear she did his eye she did his nails in an hour highly recommend this place"
