"Purchased our English cream golden retriever from Gail back in August. She has been there for us multiple times with different questions I have had since we got her. She is one of the sweetest dogs we have ever had. When we arrived She brought her two girl puppies out and let us take plenty of time to figure out which one we wanted. She had us meet her mother and her father, which was really special as well. Actually, just met one of her sisters by complete chance at one of my jobs up in Los Altos which was really special and they have also had a great experience with Gail and their English cream golden retriever as well."

"Buff and Gail are such a great people- it only makes sense that their pups are as well! We decided on our english cream retriever and did all the research on bringing a puppy home. Gail was so so helpful throughout the process before and after taking our puppy home. Always available to ask questions for a first time puppy owner and reassure any worries. They also really set the puppies up for success! We had very few puppy accidents as they had been partially trained before going home, and were the most excited and friendly with everyone they meet!! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to add a new family member!! We are going on year 5 with our baby and everyday we are so grateful."

Gail and Buff run a terrific service with probably the best customer service I've ever had, and that is because they don't treat people and their pets as customers but treat them the same way they would treat family. I've received a puppy from Camp TLC and she is fantastic, and I've gone back to them numerous times for boarding, daycare, and grooming service. Each time I have been more than satisfied with the care for my dog and the flexibility they allow for when I'm running late, unable to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances, or am in quick need of someone able to watch her for a few days. You cannot go wrong with any of their services, and if you are looking for puppies they are the best!!! They will help you with everything the puppy needs and always be available to help when you need it most! Highly recommend for anyone in the area. They are the best!"

"We became the new Parents of Jax 4 years ago from Camp TLC Goldens. The Owners, Buff and Gayle, are the most knowledgable breeders and love their puppies so much. They made sure the transition went smooth and checked back with us in the beginning all the time. I still like to update them every so often on how amazing our guy is. I have had Goldens my whole life and they are the best dogs, as everyone knows, but this ECR is honestly amazing. My best bud ever!!! Beautiful, Gentle, and so so Smart. Never have I seen one ounce of aggression EVER!"

"We recently got an adorable Golden Retriever puppy from Buff and Gail. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to work with, answering our many questions. We really appreciated how responsive Gail was in communicating back and forth both before and after we brought our puppy home. They sent our puppy Maisie home with her blanket and a favorite toy and that made a big difference in calming her on the four hour drive home.. Everything went smoothly and we were grateful for the send off!They sent us home with the food Maisie had been eating to tide us over until ours arrived so her tummy wouldn’t get upset. You can tell they are caring and devoted breeders and passionate about Golden Retrievers. It was a great experience and we recommend them highly!"
