"I'm not sure where all the 5 star reviews come from, but their service is terrible. I stood to the side for over 5 minutes because there was no real line, only for no one to look up and say anything. I finally just walked up to the desk and asked if they take auto accident cases through an attorney, and a staff member said no. Not sure if this is true as I didn't want to double check to make sure she understood me, but I was turned off from their business 2 minutes in. Maybe they have great service in the back office, but definitely not the front."
