Doggie Grooming Styles Los Gatos

"We have had our 12 year old labradoodle groomed here a few times since our former groomer closed. This last time, they called me to ask if he had been in water. Our dog does not go in water, and it had not been raining. They claimed his tail was matted and that they would need to shave it. I told them to just leave it, and I would brush it myself, and do not shave it. When I went to pick him up, they had brushed it out, like every groomer has his entire life. It was no different and not matted. They said there was a $20 matting charge on top of the $140 for a wash and brush out, I presented my case that on the phone, I instructed them not to brush it, and that they had not wen authorized to charge this assured or do this work. She was unwilling to remove the fee. But they had my dog still and just kept saying it’s their policy, so I pretty much had to pay their ransom to get my dog back. AVOID. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES."

I cannot emphasis enough, if you are looking for the BEST groomers in the Los Gatos area Foxy Hound is THE BEST. I also would like to note the owner and the staff are so warm and inviting. I feel very fortunate to have had my cat groomed by them for the past 4 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
