"Started taking my Great Pyrenees to Lush Spaw about 2 years ago and never looked back. With all the bad experiences I had at other grooming businesses I wasn't about to have my now senior dog go through anymore trauma. That being said, the staff here are very professional and caring. My girl is happy coming and leaving every time, not to mention she looks like a million bucks! I definitely recommend this establishment"

"Took my dog on august 26 to the Winchester location for an appointment with Ming at 1:30pm it was the first time and as soon as we left he started walking funny, dragging himself on the floor on his back legs then we noticed inflammation around the area where he had been spayed several months ago. He's been sad and licking the area non stop, he's not eating and doesn't want to go outside. I called to talk to the personal manager and the other person on the phone didn't seemed sorry or apologetic, he just told me if he had a sensitive area we should have told them but he had surgery back in march and he was completely healed I don't understand how he got hurt if it was the blade or something else. Now I have to take him to the vet and of course we're not coming back to this salon.. I just read another review of another customer complaining about the exact same situation! Please plz read all the reviews. I wished I had read the reviews more throughly, hope this review can prevent other customers from going thru this horrible experience. My dog only needed a haircut and now he's back on the cone."

"I am more than happy that I chose Lush Spaw. I brush and clean Layla, our goldendoodle, daily, but she needed a summer cut and Sandra did a great job! When we went to get Layla at the facility, she bounced out of the room, looking neat and happy! I am sure Sandra had showered a lot of love on her. I am more than satisfied with their excellent service! The neckerchief was such a nice touch."
