"AMAZING PLACE AND OWNER! Been looking for a place to take my 15-years Old Lab and struck gold coming here for a nail trim. Bernie (the owner) came to the car so my dog wouldn’t have to get out, uses a tool that doesn’t heat up while trimming the nails and made sure Charlie was calm and not afraid of the tool before she started. She knows her stuff and so does her staff. The place is super clean, smells nice, and we’re going back Monday for a bath!"
"My dog is traumatized after this grooming. Parts of her cut/shaved so close to her skin that she hurts so bad. This is more beyond than just a simple mistake. Updated: Amazing! I can’t believe you come up with the excuses like that. I brush my dog twice a week and I’ve been your customer for more than a year and was always happy with the service.
