"I booked Puppy Love on April 24 for a groom on May 22 at 3:30-4:00. Alecia texted me on 4/28 to confirm the appointment and said she would text when she was on the way. Well come 5/22, I both texted Alecia and called her at 4:00 with no response. I called back again the next day and left another voicemail with no response. I was really surprised based on all of the good reviews. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely would NOT recommend."
