"I've been to, and still go to, a LOT of different gyms. You won't find a class like Studio Barre anywhere. A solid, safe, full body workout every time. It's hard, but anyone can do it. I both dread, and totally look forward to going every time. A great workout I would recommend to everyone."

In general it's a gorgeous space... the retail space is bright and well decorated, the studio itself is huge and airy, and the client/equipment area is spacious and clean. Instruction-wise, I must say I'm impressed so far with the quality, variety, and concise delivery of the exercises; the musicality and professionalism of the teachers (I've taken class with Amy and Polina), and the excellent full body workout that I've gotten both times. There seems to be a nice community of women there and the front desk girl is always very sweet and helpful."

They make everyone feel supported and encouraged. The teachers are incredible!!! I’ve learned so much from them. My body has transformed immensely. It’s a challenging and gratifying workout. It conditions your body down to the smallest fiber in your muscle. Holy smokes! And my posture has greatly improved as well. I also find myself feeling so much stronger when I’m out on hikes or trying new things. I will be a Barre girl for life!"
