"Being a patient with this practice for 2 years, it has seemed to me to be rather a hit-or-miss business. I find myself more comfortable seeing PAs than my own doctor. Today experience was a weird one. I asked for an appointment to see my doctor for a potential parasite. The phone representative basically said if I don't have symptoms, they won't see me or letting me try some tests. And when I asked her to repeat the symptoms again, she said "you can google it". At that point, my disappointment reached the limit. I wish they were more caring and showing empathy as we did not reach out to our PCP without a real concern."
