"My wait was very short. I do know an appointment is necessary for any service to your eyewear. Good to know. I can't recall the name of the person who helped me, but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process has gotten easier as time has gone on. Fun fact, your completed eyewear will be mailed to your address. If you need adjustments, an appointment is necessary and probably easy to obtain via phone."

"I hope to never have to use Kaiser ever again! Had to call them 5 times in the past few weeks and finally filed a grievance. They keep scheduling appointments without my consent that Ive had to call and cancel. Meanwhile I’ve told them each time that plan is no longer active and I haven’t used it for 3 years now. Also don’t live near that office anymore. Never have I ever been harassed by a medical office to schedule an appointment, they have literally been calling me once a week"

"On 12/06/2023 I had an eye appointment at Kaiser -Point west. From checking in (w/app/text message) to actual visit, the whole process was smooth, fast, and accurate. Dr Ota was on time, professional and personable, accurate and friendly. He explained the process and the outcome of the visit and what to expect for the future. After my visit, I went to order new glasses on the first floor of the same building. Again, the whole process was smooth and effective. I chose my frame and services, was explained process and expected time of delivery, and paid for my new glasses. Overall experience: Excellent!"
