"I booked an appointment a month out because they’re all full for a long time. The night before my appointment I received texts confirming the appointment. The morning of the appointment I pull up their app and the appointment has disappeared. I call before I leave my house because it’s gone and they cancelled it without notifying me in any way. This was a CANCER SCREENING AFTER HAVING INCONCLUSIVE RESULTS. Don’t schedule here if you want a guaranteed appointment. Especially not if it’s an important service. Looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the only one they’ve cancelled without notifying. This is incompetent care at best."

"Very bad experience with Dr Howard Liu & his staff, they cancelled my appointment for 5 times in a row for no reason/explanation. One time they didn't even bother to call to let me know the appointment was cancelled, I arrived at their office and got to know that it was cancelled. Horrible. Every time we were there, need to wait for more than one hour, it is not how you treat your patients."
