"Billing department is criminal. They will make up unsubstantiated charges 3 years after an operation to ask for more money when the bill was paid in full years before. When asked to explain the charges the billing department keeps saying they can’t find a record of it and yet you will receive text messages threatening taking you to collections if you don’t pay some absurdly high invented fee"

"I have been with Dignity Health for many years. The patient care has determined. The referral system is very poor. The Covid requirements in Augest 15, 2021 for a vaccinated patient is ridiculous, take a Covid test 5 days before a simple test, then ISOLATE ( recomended to use separate bathrooms from wife), don't go to public places until Hospital test. Very disappointed from what Mercy was. Donald Longee"

"I visit this hospitalisé on 9-25-20 my clinte was very ill suffering from covit-19 ,the np was all behind the counter thay were laughing dance ing very loud not attending to the sick very disrepectful thay act like thay were throwing a party shame on u dignity health i should of vidio tape but was very tired w/two jobs as a care giver my client was a blind lady hummm whats wrong w this picher"
