"Dr Shah was great, but I got a bill for a very simple message I sent him through the portal, the bill I received cost more than my co-pay for an in-office visit! I've never been billed for a portal message before, especially such a simple question I sent. Patients should be able to message providers at no cost between visits, a $48 bill for a simple message is outrageous."
