"I have been here twice recently for MRI. I am claustrophobic and have a lot anxiety getting MRIs. The first one was on my lumbar spine. Those don't bother me so much because my head is not inside the tube. It also helps that they have a wide bore machine. I was able to call and schedule the MRI for the same day so it lessened my anxiety. The second one I had today was on my Thoracic spine so my head was inside the tube. It was scheduled for next day so I didn't sleep well. The actual MRI went very well, I didn't have much anxiety with the wide bore and the MRI was done quickly. The MRI tech has always been the same one and he is very good."

"I scheduled an appointment four months in advance, was called and texted for a reminder, yet when I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment and had to wait up to 2 hours. When I pointed out that my appointment was made months ago, I was told I was booked in a "virtual room" and could get in as a standby and it could take up to 2 hours. This excuse for someone messing up is abominable. On the upside, the technicians are competent and pleasant."
