But the staff was cool I got relaxed to settle in for my pre employment physical & drug test. I must say it went really nice. The staff is great. "Had to do a walkin appt for my employer. The facility was under staffed but the girls working pulled together & seamlessly got scheduled & walk-in patients checked in, registered, taken care of & in & out quit quickly. Very impressed with those girls on Friday Feb.9 2024. Excellent customer service, polite & helpful. What I thought was going to be a long wait was actually 20-30min wait for the walkin & that was freakin awesome! Thanks girls, I apologize for not remembering any of their names."

"Only myself and two others in the waiting room but you’ll wait longer than two hours. Got here at noon and still here 2.5 hours later. Nurse practitioner was nice but took their lunch while I was seated in a private room after doing the drug screen and vision test. Now the medical records system, all scripts, is down. Concentra is just poorly mismanaged and the entire urgent care is crusty, with trash on the counters. They need to upgrade their equipment too. From one healthcare worker to the next, try to skip concentra, you’re welcome"

"Went for a walk-in UC visit. They said they were short staffed, but got to me in about an hour and a half which was nice. But the doctor took one look at me and that was all. Said they'd give me meds and left. Then I was taken to have blood drawn, and the nurse straight up told me "I don't know" when asked specifics about what was being tested. And then she said "you know more than me" when I explained what I did know. This doesn't instill any confidence in the the training of those working there. Then I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds, maybe 2 hours later, and they said they didn't have a prescription. I called Concentra to ask and got no answer. So I had to drive back to the facility to find out. They told me the doctor never actually filled out the form to send in... yea... this is the kind of care Concentra provides, and the level of follow though they provide on that care. If you at all have an option of going to a different facility, please do. Don't come here"
