"I had an appointment in Perris. I was told I needed to see a specialist. I was given an appointment for the following month. I returned for my appointment but was told the specialist was in Colton. They called Colton for approval for me to be seen because a mistake was made. I traveled one hour in bumper to bumper traffic. I even called to ensure the doctor would be waiting for me. I get to Colton and was told the doctor had left for the day. No one took responsibility for the error. To add insult to injury, I was told the next available appointment was next month. I has to insist on a more timely appointment. Not happy!"

"Unprofessional and honestly disgusting. Front desk staff had some weird sexual stuff to say to my self and my boyfriend. I’m unsure if that’s normal for these types of girls here but I find that unprofessional and weird. The doctor barely even looked at us and was rushing. Even the one male nurse that was not weird said that the doc wanted to leave quickly because he has the next couple of days off. Lower end medical place that needs to hire professional staff."
