"This office is permanently closed. Trust me. I worked there and was laid off. Last day was 7/29. Google didn't accept my update but it's closed. The pic I posted shows the office with the name removed from the building one week after closing. CVS closed 36 of 72 Coram branches nationwide."
"Since being acquired by CVS, Coram has become an an impressively incompetent organization that maintains a socialist business perspective that renders them truly incapable to adapt with competition and accommodate their patients. Having being serviced by several branches across the US, I can confidently say most employees exhibit the social skills and intelligence of individuals who were raised by wolves. Coram's counterproductive and fruitless business model and poor cultural mindset is not an exception, but rather trickles from top down; the majority of employees seem to be naturally instilled with an apathetic drive that yields poor customer service and becomes inherently stressful, time-consuming and financially detrimental to patients who are simply trying to regain their health. HOWEVER, the nurse I see at the Tustin location is phenomenal. Very professional, personable and continually demonstrates great knowledge and command of their field. It is also a very clean and hygienic environment."
"My teenage son was forced to use an OP facility by our uncaring insurance company who will no longer approve in-hospital treatments. We should have done more research, this experience was absolutely horrible. We were ushered into what can only be described as an employee break-room where they started his IV. We were moved 3 times during the infusion and the feigned care for my son by the nurse was ridiculously fake. Overall cleanliness was sub-par, caring attention was non-existent, if I could give 0 stars, I would."
