"OMG, I was on hold for 45 minutes. My PCP (Primary Care Physician) gave me a referral to make an appointment to see Dr. Yoon for Gastro consultation. Finally after 45 minutes I reached Jennifer and all she said was Dr. Yoon has to call me back maybe next Tuesday (this is Friday). This is just unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance and also calling my PCP for another referral."
