"My total and extreme frustration relates to their billing method or specifically lack thereof a billing method!! It appears to not exist. The doctors would rather sell their services to a collection agency???? Super weird and angers ALL your patients!!! Get a grip Radiology Group, hire a billing manager."

"Bad experience from the mammogram itself to the billing department. I had a diagnostic mammogram which requires a discussion with radiologist and ultrasound as needed. Radiologist never talked to me, just sent a msg through the tech. I’ve been having mammograms yearly for the last 15 years at Hoag, but at St Jude nobody asked to bring medical records for comparison. They just stated ‘no results to compare with’ !! Billing department another story .. got a phone call stating it’s the last one (never received any bill before) and that I have to pay $972 .. just to find out they never sent it to my insurance. I am not going back to this place."

"I’m not sure why their review average is so low? I had such a positive experience with them three weeks ago. I went in the morning after my doctors appointment and it was packed, so I went home and grabbed a bite to eat and came back and I waited 10 minutes. My referral had already been sent over electronically, As well as all of my insurance info. and Jim was an absolute wonderful radiologist. The place was clean and they had the all updated modern equipment. What do you want? It was quick easy and friendly. What more can you ask for in this type of experience? Thank you for your work in the field of medicine to help those of us in need."

"Be careful when you pay your bill. I They are very persistent about getting their payment, but when both my insurance company (after they initially did not submit to my insurance and billed it as no insurance), and I paid on a bill resulting in an overpayment it has been impossible to get my refund. Four months have passed and I keep getting told it is being processed."
