"I was nervous about coming here because my experience with accessing care through Kaiser has been pretty bad since the start of the pandemic. But, this facility was really well run and efficient and the staff were great. I really felt like they listened to me and took the time to make thoughtful decisions about my care with me as a partner in the process. I waited less than an hour to be seen as a walk-in on a busy-seeming day. With open enrollment coming up, I’d been considering switching health insurance, but I’m much less sure now."

"The urgent care closes at 9pm, I was a little worried that I would be here for a long time, since I didn’t get there till 8:30. I was very surprised. At check-in I was told the wait would be an hour and a half, maybe less. So I pull out my laptop to do some work. Less than 5 min later I was being called back to get my vitals taken and placed in a room. The doctor came in the room 5 minutes later, and soon I was on my to the pharmacy,. By 9:15 I was on my way home. Everyone was very friendly. Great staff."

"Very friendly and great staff. I got there at 9 am and waited in line like the rest of the people. The signs indicated you had to wait outside behind the signs. Unfortunately, we had a very rude woman wait inside in front of everyone so she got ahead of everyone else abiding the sign. Not the staffs fault but I think the staff should come out and give priority to those who follow the rules in place by the urgent care."
