"I went to the family planning center and it was free and the nurses were very nice. Edit: Here I am 4 years later, the nurses have changed and the head doctor does whatever he wants. There's a really rude nurse. If only I knew how to change doctors"

"WORST CLINIC. We try to contact them and all lines are always being forward, No one picks up the phone. We try to reach out for medical Records and no one has ever fax over any medical records to the clinic. I can believe these place deserves even 1 star??.."

"Couldnt figure out how to get in so I called to confirm the appointment but the phone lines kept going straight to voicemail. Finally went in, and saw that the receptionist was too busy on her personal cell phone talking and forwarding the clinic's calls to voicemail. The place was literally empty and I still had to wait for her to attend me. Horrible service. Definitely switching clinics. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Would give NO STARS if I could."

"tgis place is the worst possible place to get any type of services . Brought my daughter to get her shots & was told they couldn’t see her unless we switched from LA Care to Health Net. So I went ahead and switched her , which that itself was a process , since they had me back and forth for a week and half until they finally switched her & got approved. Once she had transferred from LA to health Net I made an appointment for my daughter to see the doctor and they have rescheduled her appointment 4 times!!!!!! Till this day my daughter has not seen The doctor . And it’s been about two weeks since I first tried to schedule her.! This place is very VERY unprofessional !!!!! The doctor is NOT reliable at all. Constantly changing appointments back & forth super last minute !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ! Especially for children! Save your time!!!!"

"Ultrasounds are supposed to be, at worst, 1 week off. The two I got there were completely different and not close from each other. One was 5 weeks and 6 days, 2 weeks later it was over 10 weeks. I'm no longer attending this clinic but will ask Dr. Kingsley why they were so off from each other."
