"Unsure about how I feel about this place. I went in for an appt that was scheduled at 340. Right off the bat, the front reception was the most unfriendly. Maybe she was tired but didn't make the visit pleasant. I was taken in about 5-10minutes after arriving and being in the waiting room all alone. I was taken in and then loooong journey to get seen was insane. I fidnt actually see the physician until 510. Needless to say that the waiting room was empty when I got there and left. Physician was very friendly. However, as I leave and inquire about how i receive labs results, I was told that I would get a call (in a very unfriendly tone). I was a first time visit. The front receptioj definitely makes sets the tone and vibe of the place. And it was just overall not pleasant because of her. I called 4 days later to inquire about the test results because I was notified that they were posted and had not received a call. Again, the unfriendly receptionist answered and informed me that they don't call if test results seem normal. (Not what I was originally told). She was not rude but her tone and unfriendly matter make me not want to visit this place again. Even though the physician was nice. 2 stars for the vibe set by the reception. 1 star for waiting time 4 stars for physician attention"

"I got a first shot from this hospital. All the staff workers are super nice. They were kind and explained everything about Covid. I am glad that i took the first vaccination from this hospital. Thank you for ur services. See u guys next month. God bless u guys all."

"I always have nice and friendly service here. They always answer any questions I have about anything even for something I didn't come in for. Taking the covid vaccine shot was quick and easy both times. Checking in was easy. Very happy with the friendly service I get here."

"I have been here a few times for myself and my mother, the Front Desk is courteous and efficient. They have a low-income plan which is really affordable. I have been to many clinics and this by far is the best in the area. The Physicians here are professional and knowledgable. There is also a short wait time."
