"In General, I’ve always had a good experience with One Medical’s Doctors. Today was different. I had a terrible experience with doctor Andrew Fedra t. He came 15 minutes late to the appointment (didn’t even bother to apologize) and tried to rush me quickly through the appointment so that he could make it to his next appointment. He did not answer my medical questions properly and some of his answers contradicted each other. His advise did not make sense and I’m not even sure if his diagnosis is correct. I would never visit this doctor again."

"One medical is great. Super easy to use portal where you have access to prescriptions, and your labs easy to access because they do in house labs. Appointments always start on time and the staff is always professional and courteous."

"I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment The people at the front desk were on a break and showed up ten minutes after my arrival. They told me I had to reschedule because there were only ten minutes left to my appointment. I am trying to understand why I pay extra for One Medical when this happens."

"Once in any One Medical the customer service and care is generally good. Today I had an appointment at the west LA location but went to the Beverly Hills location by mistake, both on Wilshire, and the app is great except for finding upcoming appointments. I called the correct location to see if it was worth the drive to even attempt to make the appointment. Unfortunately you cannot get through to the actual location, you have to dial 5 prompts to be on hold for 15 minutes. Once I arrived the rude gentleman at the front desk was anted to go over policies instead of just asking the Dr. if they could accommodate. Of course they couldn’t, as they usually can never make any accommodations to provide any sort of customer service. One Medical is great if you never need to speak to anyone, and if your life allows you to never make any mistakes. If you’re a perfect human who never needs to speak to anyone besides when you’re in their office One Medical is great. If not, I’d look for other medical providers."
