"It is a sorry state of affairs when this office's personnel has to prevaricate to do "damage control" for reasons why they never call you back after contacting this office, having been referred to them. I called them twice to secure an appointment. "We'll call you," and then they never do. After eliciting the help of UHC to intercede, somehow they now can see me. But the overwhelming rudeness of the clerk was such that I wouldn't bring my pet fish to this abysmal establishment. And to whomever in this office's admin that reads this, keep this rude young lady onboard. She like a skunk farm will bring your patient load down to zero in a heartbeat."
