"All the employees and doctors are very nice. All the rooms are always very clean and everyone is always very nice and helpful. Dr. Li is very nice she always asks me questions and makes sure I understand. I always feel like they care and want to help. I always feel supported when I leave. I'm glad she is my doctor."

"I wish I had left sooner - My lack of arthritis treatment by their office has caused serious issues. The attitude here is like they are irreplaceable and patients are lucky to have access to their providers. Dr. K is good bedside, but beyond that she is represented by a team that doesn't care. They know the supply and demand on the central coast and their efforts match that. They have an outsourced call center which you are always leaving a message with. Their voice machine still has the same covid prompt since 2 1/2 years ago. I don't know how they don't have a malpractice lawsuit against them yet. They submit claims incorrectly, when you speak to the carriers they tell you what their office needs to do and the office staff just won't call you back. They ask for unnecessary blood testing not covered by insurances and claim their emails don't work when they don't even talk to each other at the office. Worst is my health insurance coverage expired due to them not submitting the claim correctly, when I gave them the new insurance they updated it and then asked me to email it, then still don't have it 2 months later. When you try to update an insurance good luck, emails get "lost", you stand outside their office to make phone calls, really the only time you can receive service is if they want to. I wish every single patient had other options besides this group and facility, because you feel gross after interacting with them. Its a matter of days before this group gets shut down and all it takes is some young doctor willing to actually try. I hope more people speak up."
