Very compassionate, easy to speak with, & didn't overwhelm me with too many facts all at once, gave me time and freedom to share my concerns, and helped me feel safe to tell the truth about my medical conditions. Telling the truth is very important to me & at the same time felt the freedom to share it without fear of judgement, even if I was turned down for coverage, which I was NOT. They helped me understand the facts, and listened to ALL my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend Legends United Insurance for your life insurance, burial needs, etc. & any other type of insurance you might need especially during these very difficult times we are living in! "Management was nice, communicated well, very helpful. Although when I handed in my resignation letter which they were not aware was coming, no one responded, replied or reached out. My e mail was deleted and i was removed from all platforms. This showed true character to me. I could've just not showed up to work, but i extended the courtesy to give a resignation letter. Below is why i left this company 1. I was promised through an offer letter a salary of 37,000 / year + commission. During day 2 of training I learned that as of 6/1 that would no longer be the case and it would be $13 an hour essentially taking a guaranteed $10k a year ($800/month) off of the table. That is as long as I worked and got paid for 40 hr weeks for 52 weeks. 2. I was told the hours of working would be 8am-4pm which was then changed to 10-6pm although you did work with me on the hours (10-4:30) since it is hourly i essentially lose 7.5 hours a week 3. The consistent technical errors with the systems and software make it very difficult to do the job effectively. In the 1st week it cost me 4-5 applications which Andrew witnessed during my training. 4. During my first week I was forgotten about as I went 4.5 hours without getting a call and no one noticing. 5. After an hour and a half of working with a client yesterday 6/3/21 and building a rapport and even getting a policy locked in with his wife, we almost lost the sale due to the system. After jumping through loops it finally got submitted but due to the software and system I wasn't able to do the wifes policy. I was forced to schedule a call back only to later find out that the policy may not even go through and all the extra work, I may not even get paid on the policy due to the fact we can not submit policies in the state of Virginia."
