"Dr. Kryger and his office staff are horrible. They don’t seem to care about people’s time or emotional health. My brother doesn’t like doctors and suffers from anxiety. He went into their office sometime last year to get help. Instead he was treated as if he was making things up and his suffering was in his head. He had to wait for over 45 minutes after his appointment to be seen for a few moments. No tests were ordered, no support. 11/30 my brother receives a call from Dr. Kryger and threatened to be sent to collections if he didn’t pay for his appointment. However, the day he went he paid in cash and then he was sent a bill, which my father paid by check. When he informed her of this she became disrespectful, mean, and accusatory. She then tells my brother to send proof to her email. But instead of being clear and slow she said it super fast and when he asked her to repeat it she refused to. I called to make it clear that you don’t treat people the way she treated my brother. She said he hadn’t sent proof and I told her he did. She said she didn’t get it and gave me her email and she said it really fast and I made her repeat it until I got it correct. And informed that she should watch how she spoke to people because you don’t know what they are going through and then let her know that my dad died two weeks ago. I then called my brother and he told me the email had bounced. I asked him to repeat it and guess what, he wrote it down wrong because she didn’t take the time to say it slowly. I gave him the correct address. If you want to help people than learn to be nice."
