Best of all, Bernadette took a whole hour to sit with me and review my multiple treatment options in regards to their many microneedling procedures. I never felt pressured to make any decisions and she even reviewed some skincare products to add to my homecare routine if I didn’t want to proceed with any treatment yet. It really makes all the world of difference when you feel seen and heard by the staff and providers. You can tell they invest in team training and are up on the latest equipment.
