"Just called them now, at 2:27pm on a Friday, and it is going to their voicemail directly, which says I have reached them outside of their business hour! I have tried at least 10 times in the last 15 mins. Their business hour supposed to be from 8:30am to 5pm. This is not the first time I had issues with them. 9 out of 10 times they don't pick up their phones, no matter what time of the day I call, 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3:30pm - same problem!"
