"I visited the Emergency Department in Tracy California 10/23/2023 evening for a laceration on my daughter’s right foot. Upon arrival we were insured that we would be taking to a patient room and token care of. However that did not happen. Instead we were placed in the hallway by the nurse by the name Joe. He then proceeded to attempt to flush, glue and patch up my daughter cut in the hallway. He did not use a cart. Sitting supplies on the floor which was very alarming seeing as he was caring for an open wound. I was very unhappy with the treatment and the lack of care and quality. While attempting to “patch up” my daughter several other nurses told Joe to place us in room E so that he can properly provide care he insisted on proceeding in the hallway. Another nurse even stated to Joe “Are you sure you are comfortable doing this here they are supposed to be in E” and he stated yes. My biggest concern is if my daughter doesn’t heal properly because of his lack of care and quality treatment. He did not properly allow my daughter wound to dry in order to apply the glue and bandages so it appears to still be open. I am nervous they this will cause infection due to him not being sterile and placing supplies on the ground. And it did not change gloves after touching door handles and picking supplies from the floor then coming back to touch my daughter’s wound. This a big health concern. After Joe was finished a practitioner came over to say his farewells I then asked the practitioner to take a look at joes work to insure it was done properly in regards to glue the wound close. The practitioner stated it looks good but his facial expressions did not agree with his words. This is very upsetting and has left me unsettled and frustrated."

"My wife fell and broke her knee cap and badly sprained her wrist. In the emergency department she had X-rays of both joints. A number of nurses had been taken her vials. She NOT seen by a PA or DR during the entire stay. Once the X-ray report available a nurse came to ace rap her knee and wrist. During the rapping it seems that the nurse wasn’t trained to apply rapping. The following day we went to another ER where they applied sprints on both joints. Later surgery was performed on the knee."

"Your loved one is at risk when you send them to this hospital. Please avoid Sutter Tracy like the plague. On 2/19/22. I went to visit my father who is in critical care and the monitor said his heart rate was 143. The nurses were all sitting around laughing not doing anything. Even the internist Doctor Uday Nadgir did nothing and tried to act preoccupied when I asked him to give my father something to get his heart rate down. They got annoyed and started telling me I couldn’t visit anymore. I told them I was concerned for my father’s safety and wasn’t leaving until I got someone to help him. At which point they called the police on me and had me leave. Please don’t go here if you can help it."
