"Very very long wait. I understand short staff but sitting in waiting room for 2 plus hours and then another hour in room is a little crazy. Doctor was great and overall very friendly. Go to Stockton wait isn’t even close to Tracy"

"From the time I checked to being called in and triage to be placed into the room and the doctor being a professional throughout the visit. I have no complaints. This was extremely the most professional environment caring and loving experience. This is a five all the way across. Thank you."

"Everyone was very professional. My husband and I went in together. Dr.Banda was very nice and checked us both for Strep throat, RSV, and Covid, which we had. We were given medication. The wait time was not that bad. We got into our room pretty quickly, but the test results takes about a 1/2 hour. All in all, we had a positive experience. Just have to be patient. They are all doing the best the can, especially since it was a few days before Christmas and everyone seems to be coming down with something."

"Every time I have gone the wait time as been excessive. I understand that you cannot control how many people seek care at any time, but there is no reason for us to be sitting in an exam room for over an hour. This has happened every time I have gone. There were 4-5 nurses just sitting around doing nothing so either not enough doctors or inefficient doctors. Plus, the doctor did not spend much time with us so it was not as if every patient was receiving a half hour of care. Will not be back nor recommend to anyone else. There are other urgent care’s in Tracy that are just as good."

"I have been to this urgent care at least three separate times and I'm pleased with my care. It is never very busy when I go, so I get into my appointment pretty quickly. The doctor is always very thorough, but straight to the point, so I get in and out fast with the appropriate treatment. This is one of the best urgent care centers I've used in recent years. I personally have no complaints about Sutter Urgent Care in Tracy."
