"Rudest clerk at register this morning. She was passive aggressive and couldn't answer a simple question about how to use the 7-11 rewards app. I will never stop at this location again."

"Please do not be a 24 hour facility if you do not sell all hot food items 24 hours a day. I do not think it is too much to ask for a hot dog and free nacho cheese at 1 am after a long shift at work. If you cannot provide service 24 hours a day 7-11 should not be open 24 hours a day. And please do not hire employees that do not know how to warm a hot dog at 1 am. Obviously he is unable to perform work duties therefore should be unemployed and homeless."

"We purchased a couple of packages of their in house cookies, and a couple of milks, we left the store and found that the cookies were not edible. We had plans and came back several hours later and wanted either a credit or refund, we spoke to the store manager Monique, she was absolutely the rudest , most condescending and insulting person ever. Who ever the owner is should take note about this woman as she will give this store a very bad reputation. She did not care what so ever."

"The woman cashier who works at night gave me a terrible attitude for no reason. I usually stop and shop at this store to buy my coffee refills. But I'm not proud of that anymore. Firstly she is not good looking, and on top of the attitude she doesn't smile. Please use your customer service skills. Or find another job."
