"This clinic deserves a 5-star review. I arrived at the clinic with some apprehension about the procedure and possible results due to family medical history. However, from the first person who greeted me, through the person helping me at discharge, everyone was friendly and reassuring. Dr. Faust and the group of nurses and assistants in this clinic make a wonderful team. Dr. Faust is personable, thorough and knowledgeable. His friendly and professional demeanor was helpful when he was asking me questions about my health, and explaining the procedure. I really appreciated his reassuring voice when he reviewed the procedure and findings. Similar sentiments for everyone on this clinic team. Each of them thoroughly explained their individual roles and what they were going to be doing. They all came across as caring and competent – clearly giving me the sense that I was in good hands as they explained each step before and during the procedure. This is a well-run clinic. But more than that, this is a clinic filled with capable and compassionate professionals that are consistently mindful of my needs and comfort. They even let me choose what music to play during the procedure. Thank you Dr. Faust and team!"

"Got a referral to see a GI specialist in this office at the end of August. It is now nearing the end of October and I have not yet been able to get on the books. The staff who answer the phone say that all of the doctors left the office and the new doctor is only available part-time. Oh, and they don't have access to his schedule. The last staff member told me that I may, potentially, be able to get on the books mid November but she couldn't promise anything. It is completely unacceptable to not even be able to book an appointment. I had my doctor refer me to another specialist, who is not answering or returning my phone calls. The problem seems to be with St. Joseph Health, absolute WORST health care plan I have ever had. Cannot even see a doctor."

"After receiving my referral i called and left a mesg to schedule an appt. I called again. Still no response. After 3 calls to their office a woman called me and when i complained about how long it took her to get in touch with me was unacceptable. This rude woman dismissed me and said " do you want to move forward and make an appt. She gave absolutely no reason why it took her a week to return my call. I don't and won't do business in particular when it comes to my health with an " non-responsive team"."

"Dr.Lustberg is a good man and physician. However, his staff are every unprofessional about answering the phones and returning calls within the 24 hour period for which they say they will get back to you. This endangers patients whom are needing their dr's care. It takes over a month to get in once you can get someone to return your call. It has been over several weeks since my son was told to have his records sent over and umpteen calls. They refused to make an appointment with him even though he has been a patient for years. Such delays can have disastrous results. This office staff is unorganized, seemingly uncaring and the office manager does nothing! This is not the first time calls have gone unanswered and brought to their attention. Unethical!"

"So unprofessional. Had a referral to this office, it was sent THREE times! Claimed they never received it. Whenever I would call they would either hang up on me, claim their phone system wasn't working and tell me they'd call me back but never actually did call back. I'd leave messages requesting a call back no one ever called back. If their staff doesn't like providing patient care maybe they should have chosen a different career. Terrible service and terrible staff, rude also. Save yourself the time and effort, dont go to this office for care, you won't be provided with any."
