7-Eleven

"I was not aware that all 7-11 were closed at 2:am though I walked in before 2:am. The man working the register was very rude and gave me alot of attitude telling me that I have to leave because I'm messing up his cleaning when he let me in the store. I then began to explain how I do not work for 7-11 and though a frequent many, I have never been told that I could not buy something in the area of the store where he had cleaned, even though I was let in I think I'm going to have to file a complaint because he has been rude before and I let it slide. I then point out he was being very rude and then he nervously said "ok this one time, you can buy but hurry up.""

"I never add reviews or post anything about my experiences but I'm just putting this so hopefully it's seen, long story short the customer service has gotten awful during the afternoon and night at this place the 7/11 at Cochrane and sycamore it's all cause of this one cashier he wears glasses middle aged, I was buying 3 slurpees and some snacks I was on the phone grabbed the slurpees from the drink trays picked them up and trusted that he placed the slurpees in the cup holders snuggled in firmly but I guess he doesn't care about doing his job right cause when I went to open the door they all fell down spilled all over the floor and it happened inside the store 7/11 (so cause a previous experience from a different also rude 7/11 cashier and different 7/11 told me if it happens inside the store they can replace but not if it happens outside and it was a drink that exploded at that time and it exploded just barely stepping out of 7/11) and this time I was technically inside the store so I asked if I could get them refilled he said - "no I have to pay for new ones and to clean up that mess too", well I'm thinking should I tell him - I'm sorry you have to do your job and clean this up because you didn't even bother to place the slurpees in right in the first place but I didn't I felt bad cause he probably has a hard time of not getting to be lazy and I picked up the cups threw them away and after I threw them out I was trying to tell him I threw them away but he kept acting like I wasn't there and he finally told me ok with an upset demeanor after a few minutes of me waiting for his response cause I didn't want to be that guy, and plus I don't have a mop with me nor would I know where they place them at 7/11 to use cause I don't work there!!!! P.s. if it's true if I could have gotten them refilled then did I just get robbed by a 7/11 cashier (and isn't stealing considered a criminal offense he also secretly charged me for a water cup at a different time when I was buying snacks and told him isn't water free he said cups are not and i told him before i got the water i asked if its free and he said yes and then he lies, this cashier is a thief) he wants to bend the rules cause he doesn't like me cause I was a part of an accident that he didn't like and he technically caused and what happened to the customer service I mean I've never seen an employee at a convenient store yell at a customer- to clean up that mess."

"The owner is great, but the new employee doesn't honor in app discounts or the free small slurpees from 6/28-7/11 even though it is posted in huge letters on the front door."

"ZERO STARS. And This worker should be fired At 3/30am April 2nd. Doing a delivery job for a disable woman’s order, the man (who’s name I will get through corporate) was working. I very politely asked him where certain products were. He was able to tell me ,however, his” don’t talk to me demeanor “ was disgusting& every question I asked him he whined like it wasn’t his job to help the customer. When I tried checking out. The work card did not work, and I asked him to please not talk on his headphones while I was needing guidance/even when I was checking out. When the work card declined. He told my to LEAVE the store in 60 seconds. His demeanor was very threatening and I hope no one ever has to experience a 7-Eleven with that man. He should be fired for the way he treated me and the 7-Eleven corporation as a whole."

"Cheated me out of 1:12 cents for chips that cost 2:22. Guy did not want to give me a receipt when I asked . I thought he had cheated me on the Slurpee I bought but it was the chips. I could not go back because I was on the freeway on my way to Los Angeles when I discovered it. I called this morning and the guy who answered the phone started lying. People be careful check your receipt and ask for a receipt at this location. Dishonest , Shame on you. Give my 1:12 cents to the next homeless person that comes into your 7 Eleven."
