"If you’re looking for a basic cookie then you will want to check out the other places. Now if you’re looking for thick, warm, and different from the rest then you have to come to Cookie Plug. My 5yr old doesn’t really like pastries but he LOVED the cookies from here and he loved their fruit punch drink. They have so many options of cookies including keto friendly ones. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The owner was also very approachable, kind, and answered all our questions. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed!"

"Love the vibe of the place and people. Super friendly, fast and a great delicious variety to choose from. These cookies are huge and full of flavor. The Strawberry Cheesecake, classic Chocolate Chip and Purple Velvet are my absolute favorite. But I’ve tried almost all of the cookies and they all rock! I like to take home and warm them in microwave and have with milk or coffee in the morning. Such a satisfying sweet snack. I recommend everyone going to get your cookie fix on. You won’t regret it."

"I love cookies and I'm glad I tried Cookie Plug. I tried the full-sized Smores cookie and the sugar cookie (Pixie Junkie), plus I got a variety pack of the bite-sized cookies. I really enjoyed the larger sized cookies. They are not necessarily a great deal, but they had good flavor. The shop is not real fancy. You just order your cookies and go. There was no place to sit during my visit. I can see myself visiting again next time I'm downtown. welcome to SB Cookie Plug."

"Best thing was the wall art. Staff was not helpful or friendly... maybe because we are older? In reading the reviews I would encourage the owner to have her comments corrected before posting. Starting a business is not easy."

"We drove an hour to experience the adventure of The Cookie Plug. Once we entered the establishment, the artwork and welcoming crew made us feel welcome and excited to try some new things. We ordered a full dozen and were able to taste a wide array of delicious cookies that were just as adventurous to taste as the names and appearance of each cookie. We will definitely return again. Thank you to the Cookie Lady and her Crew!"
