"One of the worst Rosses, you could go to. The employees are great, but the management is terrible. As you can see, there’s a line from the front all the way back to the end of the line out to the aisle, and then all the way from the aisle to the back of the store. There are 11 registers, and one person working the registers. They purposefully under employ and leave people standing there for over an hour to purchase a single item. They used to have self check out which worked tremendously well and but they recently got rid of all the self checkouts so they can only pay one person to work there. Whoever is in charge is complete scumbag and has no consideration for people, for their time, their schedule, their children’s needs or anything beyond their own corporate greed. The best thing this could do is burn to the ground so something else could replace it."

"If you want long lines and racism this is the best place to be! The cashier hinted that I changed security tags on a hand bag like ma’am HOW. Rude, racist, and underpaid. Find something better to do you might as well pay full price to be treated better at an outlet mall."

"Terrible customer service and no desire to help. I wanted to try on the shoes, but as often happens, they were hooked on the anti-theft part incorrectly and the right shoe was on the left and the left on the right, and the rope prevented putting on the shoes. I asked the workers in the hall, they said that they are busy and I need to go to the cashier. There was a huge queue at the checkout and, as always, only 2 checkouts worked, the third checkout was closed. I went to the cashier of the cash register, which was closing, so that she could take off the anti-theft and I could try on shoes. She had the opportunity to help me, but she refused and said that I needed to stand in line for another cashier and then she would remove it. She answered this dismissively and in general in this store I often encountered rudeness. What is the problem, this cashier could remove the anti-theft cord for me, I would change that shoes and decide whether to buy shoes or not. Instead, I have to stand in line for shoes that I maybe not buy. Very often, the people in the hall at this store simply ignore you when you ask them about something. I don't know who picks up the staff, but Ross in Goleta is much better and the staff is more polite and overall the store is tidy and doesn't look like a junkyard like this one"
