"I went today to finish line and both of the employees working were on their phone during working hours . I went between 3-4 pm guy and girl still had the nerve to be on the phone even when we were there to get shoes. Poor customer service . The gentleman with eyepods in his ear."
"I ordered a dress online for a wedding and paid for 2-3 day shipping. It came 5 days later after the wedding. I would not use them again. Tried to stop order as soon as they sent confirmation with that date. Rep said to wait that he couldn't stop it. I am trying to return it and get my money plus extra shipping early fees and for Macy's to pay for the return. I have taken pictures of the chat with the rep in case Macy's gives me a hard time."
