"We ordered a Thomas Kinkade premium arrangement for my grandmothers 100th birthday. After 8:00 at night nothing had arrived. We called teleflora and they contacted florist and were told they hadn't received their shipment and wouldnt have for 8 weeks. But no phone call to even tell us. After several phone calls and 3 days later we were finally told the shipment had arrived and she would get her arrangement on Friday. Teleflora credited the entire charge. Yay for Teleflora. She received her arrangement on Friday. However when we went to see her on Saturday it wasnt what we ordered. They sent a half arrangement with an old house from 2015. I would never do business with Canoga Florist again. Shame on them! Last picture is what it should have looked like"
