The minute your order is placed the delivery driver will be calling your recipient for when they can accept delivery ruining any element of surprise you might of intended. My Valentines gift was delivered 3 days early with the vendor explaining we're too busy to accommodate a special day request as an excuse."

I received a gracious phone call soon after I placed the order, to let me know that they didn't have the exact flowers in stock that i had ordered but they could make something of a similar size. They went above and beyond, and the arrangement that arrived at my mother's house the next day was beyond spectacular.
