"Dear Team, I would like to share an unpleasant experience I had at your store last Friday. Despite being a regular customer for the past five months and always having received friendly service, my recent visit was disappointing. When I tried to purchase beer, the cashier, Felipa, informed me that my German ID card wouldn't be accepted, and I needed to show my passport instead (the last times it was not a problem). This policy was new to me, and when I inquired about it, I was dismissed rudely. After retrieving my passport, there was neither a friendly greeting nor a farewell. As a long-standing customer, I expect to be treated respectfully, as I have been by your other staff members. "Fantastic selection of fresh produce at a reasonable price - they have everything you may be looking for. Whether you shop organic only or you shop for savings, I was impressed by the choices. Lots of vegan and gluten-free options. Conveniently located right off Lincoln blvd, ample amount of free parking out front. There’s a huge flower section here - I came in to purchase a couple simple bouquets of sunflowers and carnations. The carnations lasted for weeks, they are still in full bloom. Costed me about $20 for 2 medium sized, quality bouquets. You need a code to use the restroom, you must be a customer to Ralphs."
